Our Groundbreaking
Implementation Process

Terrace Metrics gives teams a clear, step-by-step process so they know when to start, what to do next, and when it’s time to step back. This shared approach helps schools stay on track, see what’s working, and keep improving over time.

See How Schools Use Terrace Metrics for Universal Screening

Schools often struggle with universal screening because it takes time, coordination, and staff capacity. Without efficient systems, screening can feel like extra work instead of meaningful support. The Terrace Metrics’ P-A-R-I-S process reduces this burden by clearly defining roles, timelines, and next steps—making screening easier to manage and act on.

Key Features in the Process

No two schools are the same—and neither are their needs. Terrace Metrics is designed as a staged system that supports assessment, analysis of results with targeted intervention, and response to intervention. Districts may choose to focus on a single stage—such as assessment or curriculum implementation—but the strongest outcomes are achieved when districts follow a standardized, sequential MTSS approach over time.
